Republic Waste is responsible for collecting the refuse in Millington Township. They pick up waste weekly on Thursdays.

The Millington Arbela District Library is an independent public library. It serves the citizens of Millington and Arbela townships.

Millington-Arbela Fire Department (joint venture) are stationed in Millington Township for emergency services.
Law Enforcement
Millington Township contracts with Tuscola County Sherriff’s Department for 80 hours a week in police coverage.
